What The Lib Dems Have Done For You!
Council Tax has been frozen this year. We appreciate that at the moment it would be unfair to ask residents to pay more.
We opposed reckless spending by Labour and the Tories. One example was a plan to spend £26,000 on 3 granite benches in Southport.
Daniel Lewis, is the only candidate for Litherland ward who actually lives in the ward. Why should outsiders get to decide what happens to us?
The Lib Dem's Pupil Premium will give £625 million pounds to schools in Sefton. This money is aimed at the most disadvantage children meaning our Constituency receives more than any other in Sefton.
66000 pensioners have been given an extra £4.50 a week – and those retiring from today will be on average £15,000 better off over their retirement.
An income tax cut will see 95,000 people in Sefton an average of £200 better off. 4400 of the lowest earning people in Sefton will be lifted out of income tax completely.
